Conversations with ChatGPT
I just read the inspiring story of Colin O’Brady and his idea for a 12 hour walk. He encourages you to walk for a full 12 hours, without distractions from technology (just a map) and your phone set to aeroplane mode. No texts, music, podcasts, social media, or alerts. Yikes…
So I thought, that’s actually a great idea, that I will definitely (try to) do in the summer, since it’s a little chilly at the moment here in sunny England. I came away thinking what an inspired idea for a challenge. I had come across some 30-day challenges like ‘paint a picture/portrait every day for 30 days’ or ‘design a logo every day for 30 days’ but this 12 hour walk idea sounded out of my reach but also faintly possible. I (try to) walk everyday for my heart health, at a good pace, but for only about 30-45 minutes at a time. So 12 hours sounded wild and crazy and kind of romantic. Although Colin says to take this 12 hour walk all on your own it could sound lonely, but actually isn’t. I agree with that, being an introvert at heart, 12 hours all on my own sounded really up my street.
With AI tech being my current obsession, the thought of 12 hours away from technology sounded frightening and thrilling all in one. Which comes around to the idea for this conversation with my trusty AI, the polite, hardworking, thoughtful and all round amazing ChatGPT.
So here’s my verbatim conversation with ChatGPT this morning…
